tête-à-tête, 2 hours
This meeting of the minds is the most important part. It will be an
essential exchange of ideas where I will not only be helping you to
organize your thoughts and ideas but we will also be building that all
important relationship that will carry us through to your Big Day. As
a gift to you, a week or so after our consultation you will receive
my notes all carefully organized and detailed as roadmap to set you
on your way. I will also include some useful planning tools and checklists
for creating a successful celebration.
engagement party
Let me find and decorate a venue, organize nibbles, book music and invite
your friends and family to celebrate the exciting news exactly to suit
your personality and budget.
my little blue book
I have done all the research for you. I have lists and access to the
most unique, the most sought after, the prettiest…whatever you
are looking for! Based on your personality and budget I provide you
with a minimum of 3 contact names that will suit your needs. This will
not only save you time, often my blue book sources also extend discounts
to me, which I can then pass on to you! If they have a brochure of their
services, I will also order a copy for you.
venue and/or vendor booking
rsvp to me
Let me order and send out all your invitations and have your guests
rsvp to me, so that you don’t have to chase stragglers or worry
that you forgot to invite Auntie Martha!
made to measure
This is a task by task service, sometimes called a Wedding PA, created
to give couples access the services of a professional wedding planner,
on a "pay as you go" basis. This service is charged hourly
and can be something you can hire me to do several times throughout
your planning process. Let me take on the tedious, the mundane or the
most time consuming bits so that you can get on with your life.
the final push
This suits those who have done some planning but have run out of time
(or steam) and need someone else to step in and bring it all together
for the last 8 – 12 weeks. Hand me the reigns and I will see your
hard work come to fruition. The Big Day service is not included in this,
but if you wish to include it I will apply a 10% discount towards the
price.
the finishing touches
Why burn the midnight oil and rope unwilling bridesmaids and family
members into blowing up balloons and tying on seat covers? I will arrange
with your reception and wedding site to be there setting up your decorations
to your specifications so that you can spend your energy getting yourself
ready.
the big day coordination
I will meet with you one month before your wedding date to go over the
details you have already put in place. Then, on your wedding day let
me direct operations from behind the scenes. Coverage starts three hours
before your ceremony and ends after your speeches or at the start of
your evening reception. You can have unlimited e-mail, telephone and
text support and one meeting with me leading up to the day. I will deal
with the set-up of your venue in the hours before your ceremony. I can
attend all or part of the ceremony if required to make sure everything
is progressing as it should. And I will be your timekeeper so you don’t
have to worry about your timings. Basically everything you would have
done or worried about is now mine to deal with so that you can enjoy
your Big Day!
the grand design
This package is la piece de la resistance and will take you
from my conception to completion; it is all the above services rolled
into one. I will use the very unique roadmap we created during our tête-à-tête
and take care of ever last detail all the who’s, what’s,
where’s and how’s. All you will need to do is show up. The
final decision is always yours. Your wish is but my command! You will
be able to rely on me for every last detail*. I will manage the budget
for you and keep you posted on where things stand from month to month.
And you will be able to reach me by phone, text or email in between
our 2 scheduled tête-à-têtes.
*Unless specifically asked I will not help you
to choose your wedding day attire but I will create a recommended list
of suppliers.
